Junior Teams

Whilst our adult teams have always been very successful and highly competitive, winning leagues and cups, our approach to our juniors is a little different. Youth football at Headcorn is about player development and whilst all our teams are competitive, winning is not the be all and end all. Youth football should be about improving social skills, developing coordination, learning the concepts of soccer, building self confidence and, most of all having fun. Friendly, FA qualified coaches in every age group mean that we can provide the best possible atmosphere in which to learn football. We try to give all our players the same match time, regardless of ability and this has paid off for us with several of the better players in some teams having started out as weaker players and developing their skills with us.

During World War 2, Headcorn had an airfield.  In tribute to this, our junior teams are named after planes.
